Gourmet Restaurant The architecture, decor, atmosphere and food are all modern. Mickaël Pihours has swapped his Gambetta, which represented the fine tradition of the Saumur region, for this unidentified culinary object, worthy of the toques of the past. On the menu: high-quality produce, simplicity, but also precision in the execution of dishes that love smoked flavors: floating island of potimarron and smoked haddock, pearly cod with petits paris and smoked egg, ravigote calf's head or smoked hunting mallard with carcass juice, fir tree honey pepper chocolate. Affordable prices, including wines, with a fair selection from the region.
