Gourmet Restaurant A pretty downtown bistro, which boasts its terroir and terroirs, in both products and recipes: with rabbit terrine, carpaccio of fish from the Lorient fish market, rump steak of rouge des prés with hazelnut butter and oyster mushroom mustard, obviously the speciality of the place. For dessert, the Combier Triple Sec orange cake competes well with the chocolate mousse. Full menu at €34, with a serious regional wine cellar and a small selection by the glass.
