Gourmet Restaurant Homemade food served with commitment and a smile - that's exactly what you're looking for and what you'll find in this little house in the old part of town, away from the center. With parquet flooring and rough-hewn beams, the atmosphere is pleasant and the decor warm, with posters, wine plaques and old pubs. The plate bridges the gap between the Loire and Lyonnaiseries, generous and unpretentious, for a connoisseur audience: pan-fried quenelles, mushroom cream (the quenelle deserves to be sliced less thinly for more chewiness), sabodet and andouillette (half-pig, half-calf) in a welcome "Lyonnais duo" with mustard cream, baba au Combier and Combier arrangé, a little sweet but pleasant. Well-stocked local cellar, well served by staff who take an interest. 1 toque this year.
