Chef's Restaurant The beautiful tufa stone house is set away from the village, on the banks of the river, and the atmosphere is one of art de vivre and the pleasure of sharing a meal. Chef Romain Butet crafts a quality menu, based on the season, the market and the produce of the moment. However, there's no room for improvisation, just well-thought-out, elegant and tasty dishes: trout mi-cuit creamy with lettuce and radish, cod from Brittany with chenin sauce, pork chop with reduced meat juice, bourdaloue tart. A fine wine list that appeals to all generations, from the established to the up-and-coming, with a predilection for "clean" wines and the expected stars: Bretaudeau and Landron in Muscadet, Mabileau and Tessa Laroche in Anjou, Bobinet and Germain in Saumur, Baudry and Delecheneau in Touraine...
