On the west side of Steïr, in a little street just below Place Terre au Duc, Thibault Le Goff and Marion Pelletan run this fine gourmet restaurant, the fruit of a fruitful union nourished by the experiences of both. Having worked at Courchevel and Pickles in Nantes, and at the Sources de Caudalie for her, Thibault and Marion have a wealth of experience of fine addresses, a sense of modernity and a warm welcome. The chef imagines relevant and successful compositions, such as roasted sweet potato with sumac and pickles, fresh goat's cheese and herbaceous condiment; cod confit, cauliflower texture, chard, pomelo and grapefruit beurre blanc; pork pluma, roasted broccoli and purée, fennel texture, gomasio and sesame sauce; rice pudding with Madagascar vanilla, miso caramel and miso rice tuile.
