Gourmet Restaurant Audrey Le Gouil is bursting with energy! You should see her slaloming between the tables, never losing her infectious good humor. She crosses paths with Manu, cap on backwards, who regularly bursts into the dining room to drop off pretty plates before dashing back to the stove. In short, in the heart of the city, there's a lot going on in this friendly, simple and colorful universe. The cuisine is technically accomplished, with an emphasis on well-sourced products. The spider ravioli with a lively lemon thyme and coriander broth is a pleasant starter, even if the raw radish tartar is a little too bitter. What a pleasure it is then to taste a perfectly cooked lobster tail combined with a delicious langoustine bisque. However, as a side dish, the potato croquettes with "spianata piquante" (Calabrian charcuterie) are certainly technically very successful, but struggle to convince us of the relevance of their presence in this dish. As for the desserts, they are alluring, like this dark chocolate half-sphere/sweet whisky spuma/Italian coffee truffle, or this Breton biscuit/carambar cream and vanilla ice cream. The short wine list is not lacking in appeal: savoie from domaine Ludovic Archer, luberon from Sylvain Morey, chenonceaux from Clos Rousssely...
