A market table with personality and dynamism, led by Audrey Le Gouil and Manu. The place goes back and forth between Brittany and the rest of the world, with local ideas enhanced by more international tastes: a cromesquis of fish flesh, sweet potatoes and wild garlic mayonnaise; fish from the fish market, mashed potatoes, snow peas and cream of scampi with coconut milk; roast free-range chicken, chorizo, herb coulis and peas.
