Opened three years ago by Audrey and Manu Le Gouil, the restaurant blends new influences and regional flair, with a fresh take on market cuisine. Located in the charming Rue Sainte-Catherine, a few meters from the river Odet, the address promises pleasant and inspired dishes, including spider ravioli in rice and wheat paste, leeks and creamy carcass sauce, scallops with broccoli risotto and spider foam, coconut-mango financier, fruit tartar and passion sorbet.
