Gourmet Restaurant This is a top-quality market restaurant, serving bistronomic dishes for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch one Sunday a month. For €28.50, the formula is excellent value for money, with pork belly, sweet potato and wild garlic, dried tomato crumble, market fish, endives caramelized with soy, daikon radish and shallot confit, fish cream sauce with kale, buckwheat tartlet, salted butter caramel and sautéed potatoes, crème diplomate. Evening menu €39.50.
