Behind the very historic, almost austere air of this old Breton stone house, lies one of the most contemporary addresses in the prefecture, a refined, inventive restaurant run by Thibault Monnerie and Camille Favain. The dining room on the first floor offers a fine contrast between past and present, in a calm, intimate atmosphere, where you can discover a cuisine that is hard-working and personal, notably in the €29 menu, goat's cheese croustillant, zaatar and pickled beet, pollack and risotto bianco, smoked herring foam, garlic crumble, hazelnut financier and scorched white chocolate. If you want to go even further, you can opt for the tasting menus, priced at €55 and €75.
