Chef's Restaurant A brand of sake (Dassaï) and Robuchon's signature for a Franco-Nipponese restaurant, tea room and bakery offering 4- and 5-course menus (€55 and €75). Pâté croûte meets sushi, porcini mushrooms with eggplant pulp and shichimi coconuts, lobster with penne mushrooms and veal rib stew with red miso and girolles au jus. In atmosphere, clientele 8e bon genre, as in purpose, we're closer to an Atelier Robuchon than a Shiba sushi-bar.
