Remarkable Restaurant Serenity, strength of habit, well-being, quite simply, in this private mansion surrounded by its park in the heart of Paris. This privilege comes at a price, but a meal at Vigato is truly unique, thanks to the location, atmosphere, history and renown of the chef in this singular place. You won't be able to count the pennies as you try the seasonal crab and morel mushrooms, a small stuffing with creamy crab and tarragon fevettes, roast Guerche pigeon with black pepper and rhubarb confit with angelica and abattis juice, before the impeccable chocolate soufflé. The radar flashes you at nearly €200, but you feel so comfortable, protected and satisfied that it's well worth the small price tag. As for the cellar, it certainly calls for moderation, but the great bottles are legion. Attractive six-course menu at €220.
