Gault&Millau's review 2025

Just a stone's throw from the Élysée gardens, this mansion has regained its prestige following a major restoration by decorator Jacques Garcia, who brought back to life forgotten ornaments - woodwork, moldings and cornices - while bathing the volumes in soft light, subdued by the rich fabrics of the draperies... Conceived as a private mansion where every guest is welcomed as a friend, the hotel houses 25 suites and 15 rooms decorated with antique furniture and extended by Carrara marble bathrooms. The spa offers exclusive treatments by Nescens, a specialist in anti-aging treatments, and the delights of its swimming pool, hammam and sauna. Equally prestigious, the two restaurants led by Jérôme Banctel, Le Gabriel and La Pagode de Cos, boldly revisit the classics of French cuisine.
