Gault&Millau's review 2025

Following in the footsteps of Milan and Dubai, the famous Italian group (owned by LVMH) inaugurated its first Paris hotel at the end of 2021, continuing the success story of its previous properties... A refined, cosy ambience, like the lobby warmed by a marble fireplace, the bar opening onto a beautiful tree-lined courtyard, or the 76 rooms and suites, designed as apartments dressed in precious wood and velvet. Not forgetting the Bulgari treasure, a 400 m2 penthouse with 600 m2 of terraces and a garden overlooking the rooftops of Paris. The spa, with its 1,300 m2 semi-olympic pool, mosaic Jacuzzi and 10 treatment rooms, has everything to seduce. In terms of food and beverage, the restaurant plays the transalpine card, with chef Niko Romito at the helm, celebrating the finest Italian recipes. Also not to be missed is the bar, with its black lacquered woodwork and backlit ivory onyx counter.
