Gourmet Restaurant The original Clover has moved on to a pasta Clover, which of course works just as well. And even if the great chef of the Grand Restaurant à cinq toques has changed his ways, he's no less a master of taste, sauces and the right seasonings. After butter radishes (a Piège signature among the five hors d'oeuvres) or charcuterie, here are casarecce (artichoke, parmesan), fusilli (crab curry piqullos) or ravioli (ricotta, French peas). You'll also love the cherry cake (€8) and the friendly service.
