Chef's Restaurant One of last year's great discoveries, present in the 109 of the new Parisian gastro scene. And the two toques immediately awarded to Amélie and Satoshi are not usurped. The quality of their work can be seen right from the €39 lunch menu, which offers a well-structured menu with a choice of reliable products: poached and raw asparagus, marinated cuttlefish with blood orange and pecorino vinaigrette, roast duck fillet smoked with hay, cime di rapa in tempura, pea purée with mint and strong juice, dessert of mango and fromage frais in espuma, cardamom crumble and lemon sorbet.
