A real menu to suit all tastes, catering for veggies and meat eaters alike, Sarah and Mélissa's menu is as relaxed as it is consensual in their welcoming Rue du Dragon bistro: prawn tacos and beef tartar, almond brocoletti with lime jalapenos and kale garlic emulsion, vegan stuffed cabbage, grilled lamb shoulder confit with mint chimichurri spices... Ideas and fun all the way through to a banoffee-style chocolate dessert with dulce de leche espuma Kahlua flambéed banana ice cream, not forgetting Laurent Dubois' cheeses.
