Gourmet Restaurant A discreet, minimalist Japanese restaurant with a short, but serious menu, featuring some of the great classics of the Japanese repertoire. The house specializes in homemade soba noodles, served either hot or cold, with soy sauce, sesame sauce, sliced duck breast in broth, shrimp fritters and vegetables, or seaweed and scallops, sliced duck and leeks, shrimp fritters and vegetables. You'll also find sushi and sashimi, and wagyu steak. Impeccable service.
