Gault&Millau's review 2025

Right next to the Saint-Germain church, in the mythical Rue Saint-Benoît, once home to Marguerite Duras, this 5-star hotel nestled in a former printing works will delight all lovers of functional, contemporary luxury. Designed by Pascal Allaman, the 97 rooms and suites (not including 5 apartments designed as Parisian pied-à-terre) offer the very best in contemporary comfort, with a bright, graphic decor (light oak furniture, orange lacquered glass top). Designed by interior designer Géraldine Prieur, the lobby, Les Mots Passants restaurant and Bel Ami bar radiate the same mix of refinement and modernity, with works by contemporary artists and large bookcases filled with art books and design pieces. After discovering the Maison Flamel spa, come here to taste the excellent cocktails by Jeremy Benettayeb, who worked at the Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz London.
