In the heart of the Saint-Germain district, between boulevard Raspail and rue du Bac, the historic Hôtel particulier Cayré has been given a new lease of life by interior designer Michaelis Boyd, who has transformed it into an elegant and cheerful refuge inspired by the Belle Époque. The 123 rooms and suites reflect this refinement, with their cane beds, antique parquet floors and modernist paintings on the walls, all overlooking the city and the Eiffel Tower. On the first floor, the Annette restaurant revisits the codes of the traditional brasserie with spirit, but our favorite is the Office Bac bar, hidden in a former pharmacy, where you can enjoy excellent cocktails in a 1920s speakeasy atmosphere.
