Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the plateau, a pleasant contemporary bistro run by Benjamin Nieto and Léa, who handles the corkscrew with dexterity. The charming setting is extended by a quiet patio, ideal for those hot summer days. Don't hesitate to try the €42 menu-card, which is well worth the money by standing out from the crowd: addictive pig's trotters with piquillo and marrow au gratin, gourmet lamb sweetbreads with shellfish, salicornia and new potato mousse, impeccable and silky, chocolate and Espelette pepper heart. A thirst-quenching eclectic cellar.
