Gourmet Restaurant Following the refurbishment, we were delighted to return to Carla Kirsch's Alebrije (named after the colorful Mexican sculptures), where we were treated to a colorful Mexican-Lyon fusion. The spice is well dosed, the dishes well spiced, bringing escape and discovery: winter squash, pipiàn verde, peasant bacon, very good cauliflower taco al pastor, pink onion, pineapple, jalapeño, red mullet from Grau du Roi with a subtle smoked pasilla pepper, veal like a very melting and well-cooked pot-au-feu, crosnes and polenta and a beautiful orange, mezcal, hoja santa dessert. Consistent wine list and Mexican spirits, professional, pleasant and courteous service.
