In the heart of Vieux Lyon, this modern Armada opens up to the world, taking you on a voyage of discovery of new flavors: tuberous chervil, watercress, hazelnut miso, squid with bbq tarama, kumquat and pointed cabbage, alongside well-constructed dishes such as arctic char with spinach or mallard with celery and mole negro. The toque is confirmed, right down to the chocolate-pear-vanilla coulant. Glasses of wine at €8, craft beers..
