Today's Adrets is very much like yesterday's, with a twist that's sure to please even Lyonnais bistro fans. Creamy Parmesan risotto joins country terrine, trout fillet with passion sauce, beef cheek braised in red wine and Bobosse andouillette. The full menu, with a classic dessert and plenty of choice, is €36. Good wine selection.
