A safe bet in Vieux Lyon, a warm and elegant "bouchon" with its arcaded façade and large stones. The address is a safe bet, upholding a familiar, well-executed tradition. The menu features classic dishes such as oeufs en meurette, gratinée lyonnaise, pike quenelle with creamy curry sauce and white rice, grilled and simmered andouillette with white wine and mustard seed sauce, gratin dauphinois, beef bourguignon and calf's head with gribiche sauce and potatoes. Good service.
