Original Restaurant Equal parts bistro and bouchon, this Vieux Lyon eatery takes its business seriously, offering a consistent repertoire but above all relying on quality suppliers. As a result, it's possible to offer a grainée lyonnaise, a good terrine de campagne, oeufs meurette, saucisson lyonnais cooked in bouillon, quenelle and andouillette Bobosse at a reasonable price. It's well cooked, and the Bouchon menu at €22.90 is very reasonable. Good cellar picks, and a well-stocked list of Beaujolais wines (Morgon de Foillard, for example).
