Remarkable Restaurant Serenity, strength of habit, well-being, quite simply, in this private mansion surrounded by its park in the heart of Paris. This privilege comes at a price, but a meal at Mathieu Pacaud's is truly unique, thanks to the location, atmosphere, history and renown of the chef in this singular place. Crab and seasonal morel mushrooms, a small stuffing with creamy crab and tarragon fevettes, roast Guerche pigeon with black pepper and rhubarb confit with angelica and abattis juice, before the impeccable chocolate soufflé. The radar flashes you at nearly €200, but you feel so comfortable, protected and satisfied that it's well worth the small price tag. As for the cellar, it certainly calls for moderation, but the great bottles are legion. Attractive six-course menu at €220.
