Remarkable Restaurant For first-time visitors, it's yet another surprise in their Parisian gastronomic journey. A private mansion, with its park, in the heart of Paris, a table, chic and comfort. This rare privilege is accompanied by a well-mastered plate, adapted to the setting, like an ideal "product" or rather a tool from which Mathieu Pacaud draws the best. With brilliant dishes whose style he renews according to the season, in freshness in summer, in comfort in winter, on unavoidable standards as well as on creations: crab with caviar and creamy head, grilled squid with marjoram and Paimpol cocos, bouillabaisse infused with basil and saffron soufflé, calf sweetbread with chanterelle mushrooms and whisky-scented coral sabayon. ... A fine six-course menu at €220 concludes with a chocolate soufflé, a cellar of fine labels with indisputable references.
