Gault&Millau's review2026
An uneventful story of how the neighborhood adopts an address that suits it. Marloe (an anagram of l'Arôme, the parent restaurant a little further down the road) is a restaurant where everyone finds their own balance and satisfaction, without the need for much renewal. The cuisine is consensual, with fine cuts of beef, the work is clean, well-tuned, in a line of neatness and mastery: carpaccio of sea bream, tomato vinaigrette, ponzu, strawberry, lime, filet of sea bass rice bomba, lobster head juice and yuzu, praline chocolate finger. If you're short on time, the croque Marloe or the grande salade will do the trick. The wine cellar is classic, the choice by the glass wise and varied on the leading regions.
