As all connoisseurs know, Helen is one of the best fish restaurants in the capital, in terms of both the quality of the fish arriving and the respectful, attentive way in which it is treated to produce the very best, the quintessence of iodine. Perfect freshness makes for the finest carpaccios and tartars, while crab, sardines in escabeche or fine red mullet tart are delicious starters, while line-caught seabass, st. Pierre or sea bream are sold by weight, and the fish cuisine is right up there with the catch, with turbot hollandaise or sole meunière plancha. Insider atmosphere, lunch menu €55.
