And if the prices are very Parisian in this cosy salon, they correspond to the rare quality of the product preserved and brought to light in a natural and subtle way, in a hushed atmosphere of great connoisseurs, meticulously choosing between raw fish, between raw fish, cephalopod-based starters, shellfish or the day's arrival in majesty, such as this pavé of cod in sauce vierge with its remarkable texture, or the line-caught sea bass, at a level of execution without reproach, on the sardines as on the lobster.
