Sober (despite the collection of bottles) and a serious annex of Taillevent, this elegant bistro with well-aligned tables offers a cellar that gives you ideas. For example, find the bottle you're dreaming of and pick something from the menu to match: escargots, truffle ravioli, squid plancha, monkfish blanquette with shrimp, vol-au-vent or filet of beef with pepper sauce. On a daily basis, regulars go for the €46 lunch menu, and the business is done.
