Chef's Restaurant It's hard to believe that this tiny alleyway in the center of town is home to a little piece of Tokyo, with a discreet sign, like one of those Japanese stalls where the greatest sushi masters work. Alexis Luong and Alex Couvidat's idea certainly came from there, and the atmosphere is indeed well transcribed: a narrow, wooded restaurant where you sit at small tables or at the counter, where the French sushi champion and world finalist serves exemplary Japanese cuisine. In izakaya or omakase mode, the table unfolds a rare authenticity, with classic dishes such as gyozas, tempuras, teriyaki chicken, nigiri and sashimi, rolls and maki... Bento at €18.90 and omakase menu from €70. In the cellar, Alex Couvidat is one of France's rare sake experts, so you can discover or rediscover Japanese spirits.
