Always a professional job in this well-kept family home. There's no need for long titles, just straight to the point with these legible plates so well nourished by superbly selected seasonal produce: shrimp ravioli in exotic broth, kumquat courbine and beurre blanc, Jerusalem artichoke and pear poultry ballottine, carbonade-style Angus beef cheek. Impeccable service, homemade desserts and classic cellar.
