It was one of the first winners of the Gault&Millau "Dotation" and, ten years on, the results are convincing: good, personal, contemporary work, in a prime location on the threshold of rue de France and a stone's throw from the Prom. The menu is always interesting in brasserie format, and covers a wide spectrum, from the excellent terrine de campagne to the lobster salad, from the comforting petit salé aux lentilles to the bouillabaisse de loup, gambas et poulpe or the whole lobster and linguine. Good classic desserts (pavlova, chocolate cake), general wine cellar and diligent service.
