Gault&Millau's review 2026

An efficient brasserie on the doorstep of the very touristy Rue de France, with a professional chef who knows his stuff in an evolved tradi-niçois register, and allows for a bit of audacity, between classics and prestige dishes: from grandfather's terrine to lobster salad, from chestnut velouté to noble fish in bouillabaisse or beef cheek with foie gras, there's something to please every budget. Desserts as expected (pavlova, crêpes Suzette, lemon soufflé), good general wine cellar.
