This solid establishment near the Prom' is evolving while retaining a point of view shared by the majority: good food with a traditional background, with a few modern twists from a chef who's mastered his music: ravioli of gambas stuffed with vitelotte chestnut and hazelnut shellfish emulsion, chuck stew with mustard and walnut condiment, impeccable Grand Marnier soufflé make for a very pleasant sequence in this well-kept setting with a cosy terrace. Good formula at €42 (Menu Gourmand), with a wide choice of seasonal ideas, good suggestions on the slate, classic wine cellar featuring local and nearby vineyards.
