Gourmet Restaurant A Colombian chef takes us on a Latin and exotic journey, using well-sourced products (scallops, Duroc pork), and recipes inspired by South America and fashion (burger, veggie buddha bowl, rib steak with chimichurri sauce, ceviche of the day with tiger leche, Colombian chicharron). A pleasant sequence, until the "tropical cloud" dessert, marinated fig and feijoa and combawa ice cream.
