Gourmet Restaurant There's no doubt that the alchemy is there to create a warm and inviting dining experience. We'll leave aside the clearly gastronomic ambitions of the menu for the well-constructed formulas at €32.50 or €44. The products are good, the intention sincere to give a natural and modern color to this good traditional background. With snacked scallops, Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, spinach sorbet and garlic vinaigrette, chorizo-crusted roast cod, thyme-poached granny-smith apple - superfresh fish, well-cooked, but a little overpowered by the chorizo - and butternut cream with vanilla, for dessert, shortbread and marinated oranges, honey sorbet (too cold), almond and orange blossom. The owner knows her room and her regulars, distilling a soothing atmosphere, cellar a little thin, overall rather mild fare.
