In his athanor, this alchemist prepares potions that feel good, rather inventive and well personalized in a warm atmosphere of regulars. Noble products, a chic setting, the ingredients are in place to enjoy: snacked langoustines, crushed butternut with pollen and pumpkin oil vinaigrette, duck breast with kasha court jus and pumpkin pickles, chocolate moelleux with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Well-developed menu, well-stocked regional cellar.
