Gault&Millau's review 2026

An urban bistro in the center of town, simplicity in sharing and frankness, for example with the generous potée of smoked sausage and chuck, which awakens nostalgia for grandma's country meals. On a day-to-day basis, the plate is more modern, with my parsnip and scallop gnocchi with yuzu coulis, or the bao canette and chicken stuffing with reduced chanterelle juice. A toque this year.
