Original Restaurant In a pretty decor that's both rough and tidy, this bistro is as straightforward as good bread, combining local wines with a small selection of dishes that are simple without being banal: champignon sablé café, cod gravlax with flame pesto and shiso vinegar, poultry cooked under a cider cream press with pickled apples. Good service, young and committed.
