Gourmet Restaurant A safe bet that is gradually regaining its standing and consolidating its "toque" status. In this well-appointed, traditional setting, the menu is quite varied: stuffed snails, red mullet fillet with basil and turmeric risotto, sautéed venison with cranberry and vegetable fricot, figs with honey, citrus juice with rosemary and gingerbread ice cream. Interesting lunch formula at €25, well-represented nearby vineyards: saumur, anjou, bourgueil or chinon, with good addresses (Terre de l'Élu, la Cotelleraie...).
