Gourmet Restaurant A sure bet in the winegrowing town, faultless in every respect: kitchen, service, cellar. A service that stands out for its consistency, with dishes based on classic ingredients and honestly prepared: foie gras with mango-pineapple-ginger chutney, Parra black pudding with red cabbage and granny raisins, red mullet fillet with fennel and saffron soup, braised chuck with red berries and melting carrot. Good lunch menu at €26, classic desserts, as well as a wine cellar with recognized references (Roches neuves, l'Elu, Targé...).
