Opposite the fish market, behind an unassuming façade, lies a very talented young couple: smiling, friendly Marine in the dining room, and Julien in the kitchen, offering refined dishes based on local produce. Two years ago, we promised them a bright future, and this year they've delivered. A true seafaring voyage, with beautifully crafted, original and colorful dishes. The appetizers are seductive before the big swim: a fish-shellfish-fennel trio, a beautifully presented mosaic of black mullet marbled with fennel, knife, cockles, mussels and a fennel fish and chips; white tuna with vadouvan, beef heart, vitello tonnato sauce; then zucchini caviar, Breton trout, zucchini scales drizzled with zaatar beurre blanc ; the auction of the day was confit maigre de ligne accompanied by eggplant rosa bianca, basil pesto, sardine and anchovy butter; the marine adventure doesn't stop there, thanks to the lobster just seared in the braise, compote of peppers, béarnaise and lobster, all infused with tagette lucida. And we enjoyed the two desserts, peach, black sesame, lemon verbena or chocolate, dulse seaweed, ribot milk. This cuisine is accompanied by a gourmet organic and biodynamic wine list at affordable prices.
