Chef's Restaurant A winning tradition in this solid, welcoming manor house of a family-run hotel, in a complex of four villas with red balconies. The restaurant is justly renowned for its wise pricing, good traditional workmanship and irreproachable products: you'll be delighted to try the pâté en croûte with its foie gras pigeon insert, cod rolls in citrus sabayon panko breadcrumbs, grilled veal onglet with Kamado and Sarawak pepper sauce, or gyozas with Thai broth. Full menu at €49 with the typical chocolate soufflé with génépi sorbet, a classic cellar dish.
