Chef's Restaurant A residence for regular and loyal holidaymakers, this beautiful, secluded house offers traditional comfort in a quiet setting. The menu itself is tailor-made to suit all tastes, contemporary and reasonable, boasting regional products with a few welcome twists: oysters from Kercabellec, tuna tataki with guacamole and yuzu, scallops with parsley root mousseline and Noilly Prat emulsion, lean beef steak in caponata, guinea fowl supreme with apricot confit, grenailles and tajine-style gravy. The €48 menu-card offers a wide choice, from apple soufflé to roasted pear with muscovado, vanilla sorbet and hazelnut moelleux.
