Chef's Restaurant An interesting table, open to the ocean and the world, brilliantly led by Japanese chef Takashi Aoki. His menu of "creations" comes in several versions depending on the number of courses, from €70 to €105, and naturally varies according to the inspiration of the moment, with the fish of the moment always respected and enhanced, the fish of the moment fennel and olive, the lobster spinach and bisque, before the rabbit celery coconut, and the dessert blackberry and tea fige, in the sobriety and elegance of the dressings, in this pretty decor of soft gray and white.
