Chef's Restaurant The beautiful manor house in its park, surrounded by buildings and close to the casino, is a romantic and almost nostalgic asset. In this authentic, truly Baulois setting, the floor is given over to noble products, to high-caste tides for essential freshness: langoustine from Guilvinec, celeriac, lovage and black lemon, scallops and butternut with langoustine condiment, emulsion of barbs, brill from small peaches and cardamom, shellfish and fresh seaweed, lobster, sweetbreads and yellow wine... The menus featuring these jewels are well composed, without excessive fare, and the pastry chef does well with citrus fruit or caramelized pear with Guérande saffron. Cellar of classic references, well-trained service.
