Remarkable Restaurant The most beautiful country house in France? One of the most singular, one of the most personal, for sure. Close to Ile Fédrun, in the heart of the Brière marshes, this unique thatched cottage exudes a certain charm for visitors. Trees, flowers and plants are everywhere, and birds welcome you with their whistles from the other side of the mirror. Eric Guérin, the owner, invites you to commune with this environment, through menus that you can easily imagine will be hidden, depending on what you pick and on the inspiration of the moment. From €68 at lunch to €150 in the evening, the risk of disappointment is reduced and the experience, especially for the uninitiated, is definitely worth having. The atmosphere is equally personalized, with country chic and good manners, and an interesting wine cellar, both in the region and beyond...
