Timeless, unchanging, unaffected by gusts of wind, the passage of time and the waves, yet always live on the wave-beaten rocks. We're sure you'll enjoy this well-preserved tradition in an ineffable ambience, for the pleasure of these great classic dishes combining the sea and its treasures. Seafood platters for extreme freshness, and then bisque, smoked salmon, swimming scallops, before American-style lobster, grilled lobster, salt-crusted sea bass, sole meunière, turbot hollandaise, a major opportunity to revise all the standards. We finish with a homemade baba or Cointreau soufflé to round off a great moment. Old-fashioned service, as you'd expect from a classic cellar.
