Remarkable Restaurant Now at the helm of four establishments, all emblematic of a certain French art de vivre, Frédéric Anton barely has time to savor: he works, and hard, to keep these superb machines running. The Jules Verne is undoubtedly the best known, the most watched, the most admired. Just think! The restaurant on the Eiffel Tower, the magical panorama of Paris from the second floor at 125 m, a mythical moment for tourists from all over the world. The five-toque chef obviously does things well. By pushing the limits of the context, doing haute gastro under tight conditions, with his well-prepared teams, he pulls it off, and his €180 lunch menu is worth many a "grande toque": tortellini mushrooms and consommé with hazelnut oil, crab tarragon granny in cider soup, roasted langoustine with parmesan cream risotto and dried caviar, caramelized sweetbreads with grenobloise jus gras, vanilla coffee black lemon and raspberry elderberry red wine reduction desserts... What a brilliant program that honors the place, even more developed and prestigious in the evening, turning the head in a gastronomic vertigo! Service is seamless, full of ease and kindness with all nationalities.
