Exceptional Hotel "A vessel of curves and transparency"... Architect Jean-Philippe Nuel has taken up a formidable challenge here, transforming this 1930s telephone exchange into a luxurious contemporary hotel. Right from the lobby, clad in blond wood, the tone is set with its imposing volumes and immense bay windows. With its liner-like appearance, the building is impressive, but Jean-Philippe Nuel has succeeded in turning it into a warm, dynamic and lively place to live. A Zen garden, a lounge bar and the highly acclaimed Chiquette restaurant (in homage to "La Petite Chiquette", a novel by writer Louis Codet), where you can sample the cosmopolitan cuisine of chef David Maroleau, are all enhanced by 400 works of art scattered throughout the various spaces. The 67 rooms and suites reflect this inspired luxury, again with their spaciousness and the omnipresence of light-colored woods, not to mention the duplex suites designed as artists' studios with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Last but not least, a spa on the 3rd floor with hammam, outdoor whirlpool, massage and fitness rooms, all extended by an open-air terrace.
