Gourmet Restaurant This superb Renaissance residence is a true Loire château, open to romantic stays and gourmet strolls. Chef Richard Prouteau has settled well into this seigniorial setting, and his cuisine, rooted in the châtelain style, makes a good impression without ruin. The three-stage menu at €54 makes a good impression, with its meticulous presentation and respect for flavors, from Mouliherne snails and cabbage ravioli with herbs to scallops blanc de poireau à la flamme and "modern ravigote", pollack with mussels from Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and cauliflower in a Breton curry texture, poached pear sorbet with pear celery and vanilla milk emulsion... The beef and carrots version is a great success, the service is dedicated and the classic cellar boasts the wines of the Bordeaux owner, without neglecting the region.
