Gourmet Restaurant The kind of village bistro you'd expect to see more of in the Saumur vineyards. To appeal to a wider audience, the menu is diversified: planks, nibbles with a portion of French fries, but also the generous cabbage potée, home-smoked Loire catfish, saumuroise beuchelle or sautéed hind with cranberries during the hunting season, for a region well awakened and served with kindness and conviction. A good grape clafoutis and just the right amount of local wine to accompany it in moderation.
