Gourmet Restaurant A fine country restaurant that honors its region, striking the right balance between tradition and regionalism: snails au gratin with béchamel sauce, galet de Loire (local cow's cheese) roasted with bacon, wild boar confit and cranberry marmalade, poached pear with cinnamon and homemade speculoos vanilla cream. You'll eat very well at around €35 à la carte, in the cool decor of this well-kept house, with a glass of saumur at €5.
