Remarkable Restaurant Charles Coulombeau is in the news, in the spotlight in Lorraine, with his opening at the Centre Pompidou in Metz, and his ever-dashing gastro in Nancy. In this soothing park next to Place Stanislas, he's at ease creating, surprising, intriguing and seducing. His cuisine reflects this image: risk-taking, often daring combinations, but nothing that leaves indifferent this youth in power. Roxane and Charles have turned Françoise Mutel's former home into a lively place that attracts a select group of chic, well-heeled Lorraine residents who relish the festive atmosphere.
