This is one of the most interesting restaurants in the Stanislas neighborhood: on this quiet street, Marcin Niewiadomski creates dishes full of flavor and character behind the turquoise facade, in a simple and cozy setting: tomatoes prepared three ways, ginger vinaigrette with yellow tomatoes, confit veal chuck with sweet potato mousseline, polenta with Parmesan and blackcurrant sauce, and desserts of the day announced over the loudspeaker—all part of a great set menu for €50. And everything is available à la carte! The wine cellar features regional Coteaux-de-Toul, along with Burgundy, Alsace, and Champagne...
