A five-minute walk from Place Stanislas, a small, discreet restaurant hidden behind a blue façade. The chef offers a rather inventive cuisine that can be discovered in the three menus on offer. In the €50 "de cuillère en assiette" menu, we enjoyed the carpaccio of smoked monkfish, cockles, romanesco cabbage and black garlic mayonnaise, the taco-style lamb confit 6 h, carrot with gomasio and curry gel, finishing with an original and fresh dessert of lemon, fennel, almond and vanilla. The service is relaxed, and this cuisine deserves to be accompanied by a wine list of small winemakers rather than wine merchants.
