Chef's Restaurant
We have always praised Patrick Fréchin’s expertise and professionalism; this year, he seems to have regained his vigor and won back a local clientele that appreciates a restaurant that’s more welcoming and cheerful than it was a few months ago. The restaurant is making commendable efforts, including in terms of pricing, with its seasonal à la carte lunch menu for €28, offering both variety and quality. But the restaurant truly shines in the evening with a 50 € set menu featuring numerous thoughtful touches: duck foie gras with watermelon-raspberry gazpacho, lobster carpaccio with lobster oil, beef tenderloin, tomato confit tartlet with devil’s sauce, strawberry compote with olives and olive oil granita. A fine wine list and attentive service. Another five-course set menu is available for 90 €.
