Remarkable Restaurant Patrick Fréchin's fine table, the standard-bearer on rue Stanislas, clearly represents the top of the Nancy dining scene. A taste for the very best shapes the chef's ethical and local approach, as he puts his experience and mastery to good use in his compositions, which are grouped together in two "à l'instant" menus, in four or six courses, at rather moderate prices for this level (€50 and €90). As the mood takes you, you can move from water to land and from land to water, with foie gras and melon with vanilla oil, grilled fillet of sea bream with raspberry tomato and fennel flame, barbecue-style fillet of beef and dessert of apricot sablé and almond cream.
