Sponsored Thibault and Aster's tapas, cocktail and wine bar is like no other, and we're delighted. Far from the trend towards places dedicated to one type of cuisine, these gastronomic adventurers open up our taste buds to all culinary cultures. Indeed, at L'Esperanto, you can enjoy recipes from every continent at the same time, whether fish, meat or vegetarian. From beef tataki and Sicilian caponata to tuna ceviche, empanadas and blinis, your taste buds know no boundaries. It's up to you to put together your own journey, to share or not, as you wish from the suggestions on a regularly changing menu! In addition to the fact that everything is homemade from raw ingredients (even the bread!), we appreciate the work done on the spices and sauces (including the ketchup). And while everything is delicious, Esperanto doesn't claim to be gastronomic. Thibault and Aster just want to please themselves by offering their customers simple, gourmet and generous moments in their warm, stone-built space in the colors of the South. A winning bet!
