Gourmet Restaurant A change of scenery is guaranteed in this small Chinese restaurant where Mandarin is readily heard, as if to prove its intrinsic popularity. The place is chic, red and black in almost baroque ornamentation, administered by fast, efficient service. The menu, a few dozen pages long, is a veritable documentation of Chinese cuisine, with specialties from all over the country. We'll mention just a few for their variety and taste: lotus root with Sichuan sauce, beef stomach with green pepper, fried rabbit meat, Peking duck, spicy pig's trotters, steamed sea bass, wok-fried shrimp, fried pork tenderloin with sweet and sour sauce, stir-fried pork with soy sauce, Chinese cabbage wok, stir-fried tofu, and so on.
